Our 15 Fav Music Fest Outfits

It has literally been years, but finally summer music festivals are back in force! If you’re like us, you’re so ready to gather your squad and strut your festival fashion. Lucky you! We’ve got fifteen favorite looks that’ll have you jamming at Bonnaroo, adventuring at Forecastle, or burning it up at Flipside.

Are dreams of desert festivals blowing through your mind? Then this earthy-toned ensemble is calling your name. We start with Windsor’s Weekend in the Desert flare pants with plenty of playful pattern and pair it with their equally alluring one-sided linen ruched crop top. Next, we layer on the texture with Surell’s small braided bucket bag and comfy suede sandals from Matisse. All that’s left is to protect those peepers with a pair of mango-colored sunglasses by Blenders.

The thing about festivals is you know you’ll be taking a seat in a variety of spaces. With that in mind, we love a flirty skort dress. This retro printed one we found on Rue21 is just freakin adorbs, especially when we pair it with Cato’s cute flower bead hoop earrings. Add some starlet flair to your look with some oversized oval sunnies and Kipling’s limited edition MTV festival backpack. Then just slip on super comfy cork sandals from Clarks and you are good to go!

‘Hemian meets tough girl with this combination that’s a little boho and a little rock n’ roll. Windsor’s Wild Spirit tank top is a straight up homage to badass 80s bands while Boston Proper’s embroidered maxi skirt is all wild gypsy vibe. Give some serious R&R stomp with Marc Jacobs Lace up boot and Blender’s aviators in Spider Jet. Finally, as this look is all about juxtaposition, complete your fit with JW Anderson’s cool asymmetrical bucket hat.

A pair of high-rise denim shorts and some Discomania shades bring the whole look into focus.

If you’re looking to get girly, Sundry’s Ditsy smocked maxi dress is pure confection. We paired this flowy number with Puma’s baby blue flatform sandal and a delicate golden butterfly necklace from Aphrodites. And of course no fem-fit is complete without some pastel sunglasses and the cutest bucket hat from CTR with laser cut flowers on the crown.

Hey there, urban cowgirl…get ready to kick up your boots. Windsor’s American eagle cutout tunic dress sets the tone that goes oh-so-well with Dooney & Bourke’s Western-themed hobo and Lulu’s knee high cowgirl boots. All that’s left is Boston Proper’s woven take on the traditional hat and of course some oversized classic aviators.

We were really thinking pink in this next outfit. Hot pink to be precise. This shade carries a mighty color punch which can be overwhelming if you attempt to match it head to toe. Instead, we’ve paired this baby doll tank from Rue21 with a dark indigo shortall from Universal Standard. Continuing our color punch, we add Lulu’s bright crochet tote and Eye Candy LA’s fun and festive Barcelona earrings. Lastly, we kick things up with some bold 80s inspired sneaks from the new adidas season of their Forum flatform shoes.

Channel some groovy energy with Windsor’s Move it to the Music mini dress that vibes with Lulus marigold colored suede slides and Alexander McQueen’s butterfly-inspired sunglasses. Infuse yourself in happy karma with Baublebar’s cheeky orange earrings and feel great knowing that that color punchy mini backpack from Dagne Dover is made from over 14 recycled plastic bottles that would have gone to landfills.

A little 90s throw back makes a great fest fit. This one starts with RE/DONE’s high-waisted, wide leg jeans perfectly paired with a super cropped, chainmail top that Destiny’s Child would approve of in a heartbeat. Add the classic Dansko MJ clog in cranberry and some seriously oversized sunnies from Elie Tahari. And what could be more 90s than a nod to the goth with a fab pair of Eye Candy LA earrings.

This next fit is all about playful patterns and textures. These bright and busy flare pants look fantastic paired with a creamy crocheted halter top. With so much material going on down below, a flatform sandal will give you the elevation you need while still feeling sure footed on those grassy grounds. KJL’s sweet enameled rose choker adds to the fem-forward fun of this look. As the final touch, Supreme’s belt bag understands the assignment, allowing you to keep your hands free for swaying.

This next fit is pure flirtation. We mix Windsor’s cutout mini dress with Sam Edelman’s impossible-to-ignore Dinah boots and then it’s all about the accessories. We pulled several pieces from Joomi Lim’s new season of gummi bear-inspired jewelry and echoed it with the Tous Kaos backpack. The piece de resistance? Rainbow colored heart-shaped sunglasses which we found for a steal.

Orange you glad we saved this one for last? Ugh…okay, enough of that. But srly this super comfy terry romper in tangerine is a one stop color showstopper. We paired it with Blenders’ oversized Champagne Jane shades and Poler’s reversible bucket hat that goes from solid olive green to this cool color-popping floral pattern. Speaking of color, Forte Forte’s multi-striped crochet crossbody is a fun, decadent flash. Our last edition is Ancient Greek Sandals’ Iphigenia sandals, that look like butterflies on your feet.
