Pacifica, Hemp Infused Chronic Shine Balm $8.00

Made in the USA this balm is the chronic! (…we’ll see ourselves out now…). But seriously, Hemp seed oil is incredibly moisturizing and good for your skin. Combo that with its other ingredients including mango butter, Shea, vitamin E and just a touch of organic mica and this balm delivers on its claim of great shine. Just be careful the Cupcake scent doesn’t give you the munchies.

Philosophy, Kiss Me Tonight Intense Lip Balm $21.00

When would you buy a balm that does its best work when no one can see it? If your morning lips feel like sand paper rubbing together, this tub is your answer. Chock full of natural emollients like castor and sunflower seed oils as well as Shea butter, this balm is designed to be used overnight as a powerful foe against drying night air. That said, it’s great for day use too with just a little hint of peach tint and a gentle shine (without the sticky).

tarte, Sugar Rush Best Bud Lip Butter Balm $12.00

First of all, can we talk about this crazy adorable little jar? Okay, now that that is out of our system, this rosy-tinted balm has both jojoba oil and Shea butter to moisturize while lactic acid helps gently exfoliate for baby soft lips. And did we mention the angel cake scent? Winner!

Yves Saint Laurent, Volupte Liquid Color Balm $27.99

Most balms are light coverage but if you’re looking for something that has all the hydration of a balm but the stronger pigmentation of a lipstick – you’re welcome. This liquid-form balm from YSL has medium pigment coverage, with a shine that’s more dewy than glossy, but it is packed full of good stuff including Vitamin e, coconut water, macadamia oil, jojoba oil, pomegranate extract, and apricot kernel oil.

Peek, Pale Cherry Nom-Nom Plumping Balm $17.99

This tiny tin from Peek takes us back to our childhood and fun memories of digging fingers into slider tins from the drugstore. Unlike those glossy globs of our youth, this balm includes adult-worthy ingredients such as ginger root, sesame oil and lichee extract. It also carries a little kick in the form of chilli pepper (aka the plumping ingredient). Comes in 3 shades and goes on very sheer, making it ideal for day-long layering.

L’occitane, Cherry Blossom Lip Balm $14.00

Made with real cherry extract from Luberon Provence, this light balm from L’occitane sits comfortably on the lips, smells (and tastes) delicious and contains plenty of the hydrating ingredient Shea butter. At 12 ml this tube is just the right size for easy carrying around all day long.

Givenchy, Le Rose Perfecto Lip Balm $39.00

A little hydration and a whole lot of color is what Givenchy’s Le Rose Perfecto balm gives you. Coming in at over 10 color options ranging from beigey-nude to plummy pinks to solar red (as seen above), this medium to full coverage balm can easily be worn in lieu of lipstick.

Pat McGrath Labs, Lip Fetish Astral Lip Balm $48.00

When you’re feeling extra, let this balm show it to the world. As with most McGrath Lab lip products, you have a lightweight veil of hydration infused with soothing emollients, antioxidants and vitamins that protect from free radicals and restore softness and elasticity. But their Astral collection kicks things next level with micro-shimmery sparkles that create a kaleidoscope of colors on your lips. Comes in 5 color options.

Guerlain, KissKiss Roselip Tinted Lip Balm $43.00

Enriched with organic rose petal oil and 6 romantic shades, Guerlain’s KissKiss balm is somewhere between a light to medium color coverage. Great for those days when you want to give your lips a flush of color, but still keep it looking natural.

Dior, Dior Addict Lip Glow Lip Balm Duo $64.00

Born backstage and loved by Dior make-up artists for its custom rosy tint effect and subtle shine, this balm’s secret lies in its famous ‘Color Reviver’ technology which reacts to the unique chemistry of each person’s lips to give them a natural flush of custom color that suits each skin tone. What’s better than that? How about a duo – because sometimes you want a little hint of pink and sometimes you want a little peach. This amazing deal is limited time only though, so if you want it, get it here and now before it’s gone girl, gone…

ChapStick, Classic Cherry Chapstick $3.29 (3-pack)

Last but certainly not least, there is really no way you can have a top tinted lip balm list without the O.G. of them all. ChapStick’s classic cherry has an SPF of 15, slides on smooth, smells great and adds just that little bit of cherry tint. It’s America’s favorite lip balm for a reason. And at under $4 bucks for three? What are you waiting for?
