Spec-tacular Celebration: Blenders National Sunglasses Day Sale is Here!

Here at SLH, we like a good holiday celebration, especially when a great sale comes along with it! In case you didn’t know, National Sunglasses Day is TODAY, June 27th.

What exactly is this holiday about? Well, besides giving you a great excuse to show off your favorite sunglasses, it was created to remind everyone that sunglasses are much more than just an amazing fashion accessory, they can literally save your sight. No cap. Chronic UV exposure can raise your risk of corneal damage, developing cataracts, and even age-related macular degeneration. Wearing your sunnies when the UV levels are high is one of the best ways to protect yourself from these potentially damaging conditions. So you can have your fun in the sun and stay protected too!

To celebrate this, as well as encourage us all to wear them, our friends at Blenders Eyewear are saying Happy Sunglasses Day with their very own National Sunglasses Day Sale. Starting TODAY and running until this Thursday, June 29th (12:05 am Pacific) every pair of sunglasses on Blender’s website will be 40% OFF their already amazingly affordable prices!!

Not sure where to start? Hey, we got you. Our Editors got a sneak peek of this sale and have put together their favorite ten sunglasses you’re sure to fall in love with.
