A SEAT AT THE BARRE

Whether flats or heels or even…sneaks? Ballet inspired style shoes are ‘on point’ for this season.

Starting with these power color beauties from M. Gemi. Bursting in juicy fuchsia, we adore the soft Italian Nappa leather and square toe that make this shoe so comfortable. Our fav thing about these ‘flats’? They’re not flat! There is a hidden 20mm wedge inside that gives you just a *chef’s kiss* of lift.

M. Gemi, The Danza in Fuchsia $248

Coming from the future to a foot near you, this surrealist interpretation of the ballet flat by Camper is a piece of modern art you can wear.

Camper, Myra Collapsible Ballerina Shoes $138

Another fresh take, these square-toed flats by Mansur Gavriel give a distinctive, yet still classic, silhouette.

Mansur Gavriel, Square Toe Ballerina $445

LIVING ON THE WEDGE

The wedge heel obsession continues as we migrate from our wonderful winter wedge boots into equally exciting wedge heels for spring.

These baby blue beauties from NYDJ are a great shoe to transition your current wardrobe into spring. Soft suede with a cute peep toe, this jute-wrapped slingback has memory foam padding for a cushy feel and a solid rubber sole for navigating those sometimes slippery spring streets.

NYDJ, Cai Wedge Sandals in Suede $139

Pedro Garcia’s new season wedge sandal adds some sweet green and a flourish of pattern that just kinda sings spring.

Pedro Garcia, Contrasting Insole Wedge Sandals $377

An artful display of sculptural shapes give this wedge shoe from Matisse a clean and sleek look for the minimalist who refuses to compromise fashion or function.

Matisse, Georgia Platform Wedge Slide $170

A CHIP OFF THE OLD BLOCK

If there’s one heel that has taken the season by storm, it’s the block heel. Chunky, angled, and all out funky, no matter how you slice it, this trend is here to stay for quite a while.

With a slightly angled heel and neutral suede, this block heel sandal from NYDJ is your new perfect spring staple.

NYDJ, Liz Block Heel Sandal $139

These woven-design block heels are an outstanding example of a sophisticated low-heeled look. Voguish buttery yellow shows how to do color pop in an elegant way.

Speaking of color and block, these puffy bright chain twist mules from JW Anderson are a true showstopper. No wonder these new season slides are going fast.

JW Anderson, Chain Twist Leather Mules $625

TAKE A LITTLE PEEP

As the nostalgic Y2K hits keep coming, an interesting emerging trend is the return of the peep toe. If you’re a purist, the kitten heel is your huckleberry, while the ’23 style block heel is preferred by those looking for a fresh take. Either way, why not try this trend out and give your toes a little ‘peep’?

Have you heard? Pantone announced their Color of the Year for 2023 and it’s Viva Magenta. Rotate this into your wardrobe without breaking the bank with these fab Magenta peep toes from Nina.

Nina, Contesa Wine-Crystal Satin $66.75

(on Sale NOW from $89)

If you’re looking for high, the sky’s the limit with these nicely neutral peep-toe wedges from Lulus. Sure to give you quite the height boost with their 5″ substantial heel, these suede soft slide-ins are easy on and off.

Lulus, Sheree Light Nude Suede Platform Peep Toes $39

JUST LOAFING AROUND

Loafers are seamlessly striding from winter to spring without missing a step. And while your staple black, gray and browns will serve you well, why not upgrade your spring line with some playful power colors instead?

Classic style meets a stacked heel with these tasty tangerine loafers from M. Gemi. This will look amazing paired with this season’s wide leg, light denim.

M. Gemi, The Adelaide in Tangerine $298

Combining the love of loafer with the micro-trend of mesh, Toga Pulla’s new season adds the chunky flatform sole for a look that is truly unique.

Toga Pulla, 35mm Chunky Derby Shoe $483

More fun with flatforms, this time mixing the elevated styling of the loafer with a sneaker-inspired sportswear feel. The result is the Bess flatform Loafer by Matisse. This shoe will look just as great (and comfortable) with your french terry sweats as they will with your office slacks.

Matisse, Bess Platform Loafer $95

GETTING THE SKINNY

Looks like it’s time to start booking that pedi appointment…because when it comes to straps, we’re seeing a definite ‘thin is in’ trend. Reminiscent of the naked sandal circa 2018, super strappy sandals are again having a moment. Things to look for this season are the square toe and a dash of bling.

This gorgeous silver and rhinestone strappy heel from Nina is the one-and-done wedding season shoe you need.

Nina, Denise Silver Suedette Leg-Wrap Dressing Sandal $89.25 (on Sale NOW from $119)

Like the trend, but not the high heel? These gold strappy sandals from Nine West have plenty of thin strap appeal, in a flat, square toe version.

Nine West, Majah Flat Studded Sandal $79

Bring the bling big time with these pretty heels. Thin straps of see-through pvc accentuate the rhinestone strings, giving them a floating look on the foot. Add in the geo-shaped heel and you have a shoe that’s very S/S 23.

Windsor, Glam Strides Rhinestone Strap Heels $32.90

LAST DANCE WITH MARY JANE

A huge trend for fall, we’re loving the spring versions of the iconic mary jane. Exuberant shades and playful patterns meet chunky and block style heels.

Leave no doubt that spring has sprung with these punchy mary janes in punk pink from Circus NY. An enjoyable exaggerated take on the classic, these beauties are chunk full of serious stomp.

Circus NY, Kay Mary Jane Heel $41.99

(on Sale NOW from $90)

Scale up your office look with a clean black and white. No, we’re not talking tuxes here, but Butiti’s adorbs lace up mary jane. With a sharp square toe and crisp monochrome it lends instant style to an otherwise plain pair of pants.

Butiti, Black & White Square Toe Mary Jane $54.99

Prefer a more retro fit? These red waxed nubuck version from Dansko are giving us all the childhood feels, but in an adult size.
